Refund, Cancellation and Replacement Policy

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND

There is no cancellation or refund available at the moment.

REPLACEMENTS

You have five calendar days to put in a request to replace an item from the date you received it. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

 

Customers are eligible for a replacement if the following criteria are met:

  • The item is damaged during transit or faulty upon arrival.

  • The item is different from what was ordered.

  • The item is missing parts.

  • your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (a picture is to be sent when the request is made)

  • Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the publishing house company reserves the right to reject the replacement request.

 

SHIPPING REFUNDS

You will get a full refund on shipping costs if the return reason is genuine, as mentioned in the return clause. If the reason is not genuine, then you will bear shipping as well as return shipping cost.

 

PROCESS FOR REQUESTING REPLACEMENT

Customers can initiate a replacement request by contacting our customer service team by email or phone. The customer service team will guide the customer through the process and provide a return address for the item.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria for replacement. The processing time for a replacement request is seven business days from the date the returned item is received.

 

REPLACEMENT ITEM

If the replacement request is approved, a replacement item will be shipped to the customer at no additional cost. If the replacement item is not available, the customer will be offered a refund.

 

EXCLUSIONS

The following items are excluded from the Replacement Policy:

  • Digital products.

  • Items purchased as part of a bundle or promotion.

  • Items that have been customised or personalised.

 

CHANGES TO POLICY

The publishing house company reserves the right to make changes to this Replacement Policy at any time without prior notice.
