Purchasing books from our website via our secure server on the internet is safe and very simple. Just browse our products and make your selection. Once you have finished your selection, click on “check out” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to have to be able to process your order.

We accept only Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payments through Razor Pay. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. Moral Publishers does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. However, cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

 

MAY I RECEIVE AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION WHEN MY ORDER IS PLACED?

SHIPPING POLICY

Normal delivery time will be 5-6 days (based on the availability of the books) within India,

Shipping will be initiated within 24 hours of order receiving through courier (Professional Couriers)

 

WILL I GET MY ORDERS DURING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?

Your orders will not get processed during public holidays, natural calamities or emergency holidays.

We will give prior information to the customer to the registered email address or mobile number.

HOW MUCH WILL I GET CHARGED FOR SHIPPING, OR WHAT IS MY SHIPPING COST?

Shipping charges may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items, and the cost will appear at the checkout.

Free Shipping: Delivery within Chennai (above Rs.500/-) or orders above Rs.1500/- (across India) is FREE of cost.

Paid Shipping: Across India - Rs.50/-for 500gm. Every additional 500gm will cost Rs.50/-

Additional Charges: You will get the final shipping cost at the time of checkout. There won’t be any hidden charges like Tax.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

​

Once the order has been shipped, it can take up to 4 hours for the tracking information to be updated, and you'll receive the shipment in the next 2-4 working days. If multiple tracking numbers appear on your shipment e-mail, your order was shipped in more than one package. Acknowledge the proof of delivery, which will be provided on delivery. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address.

WHAT IF I AM NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE THE ORDER OR THE ORDER GETS RETURNED?

  • Delivery partners will attempt to deliver the product 3 times. If not received, the package will be returned to Moral Publishers.

  • We request that you fill in the complete address details (house/door no, street name, area name, locality, landmark and city name) on the checkout page to avoid returns.

  • If the order needs to be delivered to another address or another delivery attempt has to be made, the customer should bear the courier charges.

  • The address cannot be changed once the order is shipped.

  • Products will be delivered as per the postal address mentioned at the time of registration, and providing a mobile number helps in fast delivery.

  • Moral Publishers is not liable for any wrong address mentioned at the time of registration.

  • Moral Publishers is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company or postal authorities.
